Residential and Buy to Let mortgages advice costs

We charge a fixed fee for mortgage advice that covers market research, advice, and application processing from start to finish. The fee is paid only on completion of the purchase, or remortgage. If, for any reason, the case does not progress, we do not charge anything.

 Fees:

• Purchase cases £395 on completion

• Remortgage cases £295 on completion
